Szendrey Room – Feel at home, away from home

A stylish, ground-floor double room named after Júlia Szendrey, the wife of Sándor Petőfi – one of Hungary’s most revered national poets. With its warm gold and burgundy colours, it provides the perfect, quiet retreat near Lake Balaton.

We prepare complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water in the room for every guest.

Free street parking is available in front of the house. The train station and bus stops are within a 15–20 minute walk. The area is easy to reach by car, and most attractions can be accessed on foot.

The room is located in a quiet and safe area of Keszthely. The Balaton, the train station and the city centre can all be reached with a comfortable 15–20 minute walk. The Festetics Palace is about 25–30 minutes away.
