To complete your booking, issue invoices and fulfil our legal obligations (NTAK reporting), we require certain personal details such as your name, address, email, and phone number.
2. What is the purpose of data processing?
Exclusively for providing accommodation services, managing and confirming your booking, issuing invoices, maintaining contact with you, and fulfilling legally required NTAK reporting.
3. Who processes your data?
Your data is processed by Sarokház Rooms.
For secure online payments, card details are handled solely by our financial service provider — we do not see or store your card information.
Booking details are stored by the Smoobu system provider as a data processor. Billing data is stored and processed by our invoicing software and accountant (as data processors) in accordance with the law.
4. Third parties:
We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data is only transmitted to authorities when required by law (NTAK).
5. Data retention:
Your data is stored for the period required by law.
By submitting a booking, you consent to the processing of your data as described above.

Your Rights: You have the right to request information about your personal data being processed at any time, and you may request its correction, deletion (except for data strictly required by law), or restriction of processing.

Terms of Use
Payment Terms To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required via our website, during the booking process, via our secure online payment system (bank card). The reservation will only be final and guaranteed after the successful online payment of the 50% deposit. The remaining amount (50%) is to be paid on site upon arrival in cash (in HUF or Euro) or by immediate bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy Up to 14 days before arrival, the reservation can be canceled free of charge, the advance payment (50%) will be refunded to the bank card from which the payment was made. In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, the advance payment (50%) will be treated as a penalty and cannot be refunded. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no-show, 100% of the total reservation fee will be charged.
